Job Description
- Interact with server teams to understand scope of future releases, change requests, and customer issues related to storage management products.
- Analyze, triage, reproduce, and resolve complex software defects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Participate actively in design and code review sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to architectural and design discussions during concept and development phases.
- Perform release planning activities including risk assessment, effort estimation, and dependency identification.
- Provide technical guidance for feasibility studies, evaluations, and prototyping activities.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making within the team.
- Ensure robust unit testing, integration testing, and defect prevention practices are followed.
