Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant with a focus on IoT and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), you will create and execute transformative solutions for clients. Utilizing your extensive understanding of industry trends, market trajectories, and competitive dynamics, you will facilitate strategic planning and solution implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop Strategic Plans: Formulate comprehensive strategic plans for clients, synchronizing PLM strategies with competitive and market dynamics to pinpoint capabilities that foster and maintain a competitive edge.
• Analyze Performance Gaps: Examine client performance discrepancies and propose transformation strategies to bridge these gaps, applying consulting acumen and business expertise to drive impactful change.
• Implement Solutions: Support clients in selecting, implementing, and maintaining PLM systems, including PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault, to realize anticipated business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Clients: Partner with clients to devise customized PLM strategies, offering guidance and assistance to ensure the successful integration of packaged technology within their operational framework.
• Deliver Transformation: Create and execute transformative business solutions, utilizing industry knowledge and awareness of market trends to propel client success.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Industry Trends Knowledge: Proficiency in analyzing industry trends, market trajectories, and competitive dynamics to guide strategic planning and solution development in the IoT and PLM sectors.
• PLM Systems Expertise: Proven experience in implementing and supporting PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault.
• Strategic Planning: Background in formulating comprehensive strategic plans that align PLM strategies with competitive and market forces to recognize capabilities that establish and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Performance Gap Analysis: Expertise in assessing client performance discrepancies and crafting transformation recommendations to address these gaps.
• Consulting Skills: Experience in leveraging consulting expertise and business knowledge to seamlessly integrate packaged technology into the client’s operational environment to achieve desired business outcomes.

• Dassault Application Portfolio: Familiarity with selecting, implementing, and supporting the Dassault application portfolio to accomplish client business objectives.
