What you ll do :

• Develop, configure, and optimize data integration processes using IICS.
• Design and implement complex ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement data mappings, workflows, and sessions using Informatica IICS.
• Integrate data from on-premises databases, cloud applications, and third-party data sources.
• Ensure data quality and consistency through validation, cleansing, and transformation processes.
• Optimize ETL processes for maximum efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, business analysts, and project managers to deliver data integration solutions.
• Document technical designs, mappings, workflows, and processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct unit and integration testing of ETL processes.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity post-migration and integration.
• Maintain and enhance existing ETL workflows and data integration processes.
• Monitor production environments, resolve issues, and ensure data availability and integrity.

What you ll bring :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS or related field with academic excellence
• Proficiency in RDBMS concepts, SQL, and programming languages such as Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to convert intricate business requirements into technology solutions
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures

Additional Skills :

• 1.5-2.5 years of experience in data integration and ETL development
• Previous experience with Informatica PowerCenter or other data integration tools is a plus.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) is desirable.
