.Work experience:

Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Business Technology and Information Technology.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proven experience in leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 6+ years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) (Desired).
Lean Six Sigma (Desired).
ITIL, ITSM Certifications (Desired).

Skills and Knowledge:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
