Business System Analyst II - IT Solutions

Job Summary:

As an Ecommerce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end project lifecycle, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will detail Epics and User Stories, collaborate on UI designs, maintain B2B ecommerce platforms, perform testing, and provide ongoing support to ensure a high-performing online store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirements gathering from business owners and product owners.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to break down Epics into User Stories and guide backlog grooming.
• Work with Designers to interpret Figma designs and create UI requirements.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ecommerce platform functional configuration, including product catalogs, pricing, promotions, order management, B2B organizational hierarchy, punchout processes, and SAP integration.
• Test new functionalities and monthly releases, ensuring data integrity and solution quality.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Develop and execute functional test plans, sanity testing, user story acceptance tests, and regression testing.
• Identify, report, and track defects to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in ecommerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C ecommerce, product catalogs, order management, punchout processes, and SAP backend integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience detailing, grooming, and testing User Stories.
• Exposure to SAP Hybris Backoffice is a plus.
