Business System Analyst II - Ecommerce

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze functional requirements related to supply chain processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development and implementation teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support the development of test cases and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for existing systems and processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements impacting pharmaceutical supply chain management.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

Work experience:

• Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the pharmaceutical or supply chain domain.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, processes, and technology solutions.
• 4+ years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation (e.g., use cases, user stories).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with regulatory compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., GxP, FDA).
• Knowledge of supply chain software solutions (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred.
