Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily soft services operations and ensure smooth facility management activities.
  • Develop and implement building procedures and performance measures to optimize workflows and system reliability.
  • Facilitate and support clients during visits, including organizing meeting rooms, AV equipment, and catering services.
  • Maintain adequate supply of materials and services for building operations, including entering approved supply and service contracts.
  • Inspect contracted services to ensure performance measures are met and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate internal events, including town halls, experience centers, and other business-related gatherings.
  • Coordinate with Security, IT/GIT, Admin, and business teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide inputs to Admin leads regarding operational concerns.
  • Assist in administrative activities and contribute to Monthly Management Reports (MMR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports.
  • Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
  • Manage health and safety compliance, ensuring timely audits and training of staff.
  • Conduct vendor background checks, maintain external employee data, and monitor SLA compliance.
  • Oversee cafeteria and pantry operations, ensuring availability of consumables and serviceability of related equipment.
  • Maintain records of all operational activities and ensure attrition of assigned staff remains below 5%.
  • Assist in cross audits, compile defect liability period (DLP) snag lists, and coordinate rectifications with vendors.
  • Monitor energy conservation practices and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
