Job Description
• Analyze, design, and support application development initiatives to meet business process and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for application development teams.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and optimization strategies.
• Participate in solution planning, requirement discussions, and project decision-making activities.
• Prepare detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), process flows, and user stories.
• Ensure developed applications align with business goals, operational requirements, and user expectations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve collaboration and project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and requirement changes to ensure successful project execution.
• Work closely with development and QA teams during application design, testing, and implementation phases.
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives related to business applications.
• Contribute to application enhancement initiatives to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.
