- Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Job Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing business processes, including defining characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. You will work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements that drive application requirements and metrics. Additionally, you will assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met, and educate stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the designs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop business processes, including defining characteristics and KPIs, to meet both process and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements that influence application requirements and metrics.
- Assist in quality management reviews and ensure all business and design requirements are met.
- Educate stakeholders to ensure they have a complete understanding of the business process designs.
- Provide guidance and support to the development team to ensure the successful implementation of business processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-to-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP PP (Production Planning & Control) within Discrete Industries.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in quality management reviews and knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience in designing and developing business processes to meet process and functional requirements.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to educate stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the business process designs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
