Job Description

Key Responsibilities Accountabilities:

  • Plan Project
  • Plan/organize the delivery of assigned Work packages according to given budget and scope in accordance with the Global roadmap, Governance process standard IST operating model
  • Ensure that Project activities follow standard methodology, process and tools
  • Apply templates and records to document Project activities following our standards
  • Run sourcing process in collaboration with Sourcing dept.
  • Insure Statement of work fit to work package scope
  • Build the project plan and update it according to the changes
  • Lead Project
  • Ensure the drive of the project, by taking the appropriate actions to stick with given budget, planning and quality level
  • Manage the Project plan scope and tasks
  • Manage Project interdependencies
  • Identify and mitigate risks drive out barriers to success, escalate as needed
  • Manage Project partners Communicate with Alstom stakeholders and community to get support for the Project
  • Define Action Plan with Action/Owner/Deadline and track the progress and update
  • Control Project
  • Report in a timely manner Project status by following standards
  • Ensure that the Project operate within the approved budget / scope
  • Monitor all budgeted Project expenditures
  • Monitor forecast and report actual / cost at risk
  • Ensure that all financial records for the Project are up to date
  • Domain:
  • As part of the Business Operations tower, you will be working on projects related to the below domains:
  • Manufacturing: MES application (APRISO from Dassault)
  • Test Commissioning: Test execution application developped by Alstom (Java)
  • Procurement: Supplier collaboration (ARIBA from SAP)
  • Material Planning: MPC (FIORI, SAP BO)
  • Industrial Planning: SC Planning (Kinaxis)
