Job Description
Key Responsibilities Accountabilities:
- Plan Project
- Plan/organize the delivery of assigned Work packages according to given budget and scope in accordance with the Global roadmap, Governance process standard IST operating model
- Ensure that Project activities follow standard methodology, process and tools
- Apply templates and records to document Project activities following our standards
- Run sourcing process in collaboration with Sourcing dept.
- Insure Statement of work fit to work package scope
- Build the project plan and update it according to the changes
- Lead Project
- Ensure the drive of the project, by taking the appropriate actions to stick with given budget, planning and quality level
- Manage the Project plan scope and tasks
- Manage Project interdependencies
- Identify and mitigate risks drive out barriers to success, escalate as needed
- Manage Project partners Communicate with Alstom stakeholders and community to get support for the Project
- Define Action Plan with Action/Owner/Deadline and track the progress and update
- Control Project
- Report in a timely manner Project status by following standards
- Ensure that the Project operate within the approved budget / scope
- Monitor all budgeted Project expenditures
- Monitor forecast and report actual / cost at risk
- Ensure that all financial records for the Project are up to date
- Domain:
- As part of the Business Operations tower, you will be working on projects related to the below domains:
- Manufacturing: MES application (APRISO from Dassault)
- Test Commissioning: Test execution application developped by Alstom (Java)
- Procurement: Supplier collaboration (ARIBA from SAP)
- Material Planning: MPC (FIORI, SAP BO)
- Industrial Planning: SC Planning (Kinaxis)
