Key Deliverables:

  • Manage day-to-day payment operations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive transaction monitoring, process improvements, and issue resolution
  • Prepare and maintain business reports and operational analytics
  • Coordinate reconciliation activities with finance and technical integrations

Role Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with partner banks and networks for payment success and escalations
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend tech-driven solutions
  • Support customer service teams in addressing payment-related concerns
