Business Object Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop BusinessObjects reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
• Build and maintain BusinessObjects universes and repository objects
• Install, configure, and support BusinessObjects environments
• Develop optimized reports for large datasets using performance tuning techniques such as Data Islands
• Integrate data from multiple heterogeneous sources into BI solutions
• Utilize BusinessObjects analytical functions for advanced reporting and insights
• Implement security models including Data Security, Data Reduction, and Section Access
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver BI solutions
• Ensure performance optimization and scalability of BI reporting systems
• Support end-to-end BI solution lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
