Business Manager

Key Deliverables:

• Drive primary and secondary activations across the assigned market.
• Ensure consistent LAPU (Load and Pay Utility) movement through retail engagement and tracking.
• Manage and increase the base of transacting retailers by resolving issues, incentivizing performance, and converting non-transacting retailers.
• Lead regular training sessions for distributors, retailers, and FOS to enhance performance and product knowledge.
• Expand retailer footprint by identifying and onboarding new retail partners.

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor and guide Field On Sales (FOS) teams to meet targets and ensure on-ground execution.
• Coordinate effectively between Territory Managers of sales and service for seamless field operations.
• Track and ensure timely installation with adherence to defined TAT and service quality standards.
• Analyze performance data to identify issues and implement solutions proactively.
• Foster strong team collaboration and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the retail network.
