Job Description

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities across EU, USA, and global markets, with focus on:
  • Data & Analytics
  • FinTech
  • HealthTech & Others
  • Own and deliver revenue targets (quarterly / annual)
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline (3–5x of target) ensuring strong deal flow and predictability
  • Drive consultative / solution-led selling by:
  • Identifying gaps and problem areas in client ecosystems
  • Positioning relevant solutions/services aligned to business needs
  • Leading value-driven discussions with decision-makers
  • Demonstrate ability to shape opportunities early-stage by aligning problem, approach, and value before formal proposal stages
  • Leverage existing network, relationships, and market connections to:
  • Open new opportunities
  • Accelerate deal cycles
  • Build credibility in target segments
  • Lead strong outbound (hunting) efforts:
  • Cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Account-based targeting
  • Partner creation and partner-led opportunities
  • Work closely with leadership, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to:
  • Align on solutioning approach, feasibility, and estimates
  • Ensure practical and client-centric positioning
  • Collaborate with Marketing to:
  • Convert campaigns into qualified opportunities
  • Effectively use case studies, whitepapers, and narratives
  • Provide feedback to refine messaging and targeting
  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle with focus on momentum and closures:
  • Lead → Qualification → Discovery → Proposal → Closure
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and reporting in CRM and other sales systems
  • Build long-term client relationships while driving repeat business and expansion opportunities

Performance Metrics (Indicative)

  • Conversion across stages (Lead → Qualified → Closure)
  • Deal velocity and average sales cycle time
  • Contribution from:
  • Outbound efforts
  • Marketing-driven leads
  • Network / relationship-driven opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in International IT Sales / Business Development
  • Proven track record in consultative or solution selling
  • Experience handling mid to large deal sizes with revenue ownership
  • Strong ability in:
  • Client engagement & discovery
  • Problem identification and solution positioning
  • Negotiation and closures
  • Strong experience in:
  • Outbound sales (core focus)
  • Pipeline building and target-driven execution
  • Ability to balance outreach, deal progression, and closures effectively
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership mindset with focus on results, speed, and adaptability
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, CRM tools, and sales automation platforms
  • Flexibility to work across EU and US time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FinTech or Data & Analytics solutions
  • Exposure to HealthTech or other industry domains
  • Understanding of EU / US markets and buyer personas
  • Experience working with marketing-led demand generation
