Business Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand their requirements and business needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the company.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business reports as needed.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while representing the company.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Presentable and well-groomed at all times.
• Good knowledge of the Nagpur market.
• Basic requirements: Own bike and laptop.
