Job Description
Business Development Manager
Sone India is looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT hardware and software sales to drive our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Apple and Non-Apple IT products, an existing network of B2B clients, and proven experience in leading sales efforts in the technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive sales of Apple and non-Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, PCs, Servers, Networking Devices) and related software/licensing solutions.
- Identify and acquire new business accounts while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution selling, custom configurations, and enterprise deployment plans.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client proposals.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with key accounts and enterprise clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Skills & Requirements:
- B2B sales experience in IT hardware/software; experience with Apple products is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, OEM partnerships, and channel sales models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Certification or training in Apple Sales, JAMF, or related tech ecosystems is a plus.
- Existing network of enterprise or institutional clients (corporates, education, government, etc.).
- Strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset.
