Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship development in the surfaces industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ceramics, tiles, marble, stone, or sanitary ware, coupled with extensive experience engaging with architects and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development in the premium quartz/stone industry.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with architects, interior designers, and premium retail clients.
  • Manage project-based sales and lead generation through kitchen installers and B2B networks.
  • Set regional sales targets and strategize to achieve them.
  • Oversee product displays and sample placements at key client locations.
  • Coordinate with the factory for logistics, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Must have prior experience in the Ceramic, Tiles, Stone, or Sanitary ware industry (preferably with premium or big brands).
  • Owns a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for travel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Experience working closely with architects and designers is mandatory.
  • Expertise in B2B Sales and Field Sales.
  • Proficient in Architect Handling and Interior Designer Handling.
  • Knowledge of Premium Building Materials and Construction Material Sales.
