  • Achievement of premium and number of policies
  • Ensuring min 70% activation of the Channel Partners assigned to him.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To achieve targets for the designated Partner through effective sales strategies.
  • Sales planning and training need analysis.
  • Existing Channel partners management.
  • To build & manage relationships with various channel partners to retain business.
  • Job profile of BDM to provide those sales Support in his region and take business from Brokers/Corporate Agents.
  • Leads received from the brokers, get visited once verified by sales team on the phone.
  • Explain all the features and benefits of the plan before picking up any premium from the customers.
  • A case gets logged in only after receiving a confirmation from the brokers.
  • Responsible for issuance of the case.

Educational Qualification- Minimum Graduate
