Business Development Executive/Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and expertise
• Analyze customer requirements and map them to the organization's offerings or third-party products
• Research and identify client needs and market segments in IT, ITES, and Telecom sectors
• Develop and present strategic proposals that align with market demands
• Maintain market intelligence and monitor competitor activities
• Meet business targets on a monthly and annual basis
• Build and promote the company's brand image in the market through sustained campaigns
• Measure customer satisfaction and set evaluation parameters for continuous improvement
• Continuously identify new business opportunities and work towards acquiring new customers

Desired Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing software and customized solutions to customers
• Experience in the IT domain is a plus
• Familiarity with software applications and similar products in IT/ITES/Software
• Strong customer engagement and market intelligence skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-driven environment
• Own a vehicle for business-related travel

Education:

• UG: B.B.A / B.M.S in Management
• PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Preferred)
