Business Development Executive – UK Market (Staffing Sales)

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to expand our staffing business in the UK market. The role will focus on acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and generating consistent business opportunities across IT and Non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK staffing market

Build relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, and direct clients

Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking

Understand client hiring needs and align delivery teams accordingly

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure

Coordinate with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely submissions

Maintain strong follow-ups and client engagement to drive closures

Requirements

2–6 years of experience in staffing sales / business development (UK market preferred)

Strong understanding of UK staffing processes and client engagement

Proven track record of acquiring new clients

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience with LinkedIn outreach and sales tools

Experience working with MSP/VMS models

Exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring
