Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive staffing sales across the Middle East and APAC regions. This role requires a proactive individual who can build client relationships, understand regional hiring trends, and generate consistent business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand client base across Middle East and APAC regions
Generate new business through outbound sales (LinkedIn, calls, emails)
Build and maintain relationships with direct clients and partners
Understand regional hiring practices and workforce requirements
Collaborate with recruiting teams for delivery and closures
Track pipeline, manage client communication, and ensure repeat business
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in international staffing sales (Middle East/APAC preferred)
Understanding of hiring trends and business culture in these regions
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Ability to independently drive business development efforts

Experience in Non-IT hiring segments
