Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients
- Conduct business intelligence research to support lead qualification and market understanding
- Customize sales pitches to client needs and ensure a high conversion rate
- Design and execute sales campaigns targeted at specific verticals or product markets
- Manage and improve the sales pipeline for better conversion and forecasting
- Develop innovative marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with strategic partners and key accounts
- Monitor sales plans and suggest improvements to meet business objectives
- Provide monthly performance reports and review results with leadership
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and appointment targets
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or international sales, with a proven sales track record
- Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and sales conversions
- Strong understanding of international markets and customer behavior
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in US shifts and in a target-driven environment
- Time management, task prioritization, and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and pricing strategy skills
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Outcome-focused and resilient with a go-getter attitude
- Postgraduate in Business Management (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred)
