Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
- Cold calling, networking, and meeting prospective clients (corporates/startups/enterprises).
- Build strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and ensure repeat business.
- Pitch and present our recruitment solutions to decision-makers (HR Managers, CXOs).
- Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and pipeline trackers.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of profiles.
- Negotiate contracts, commercials, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
