Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Cold calling, networking, and meeting prospective clients (corporates/startups/enterprises).
  • Build strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and ensure repeat business.
  • Pitch and present our recruitment solutions to decision-makers (HR Managers, CXOs).
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and pipeline trackers.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of profiles.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercials, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
