Job Description
- Analyze and define business problems, with awareness of current technology landscapes.
- Identify business goals, define KPIs, and design effective workflows.
- Create detailed project documentation including BRD, FRD/FSD, and logic documents.
- Use project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to manage end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Support the development and response to RFPs and business case preparation.
- Apply strong technical acumen to support projects, with exposure to data tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Solve problems efficiently with a structured approach and sound judgment.
- Maintain a working knowledge of emerging technology trends such as data analytics and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure).
- Understand and apply concepts related to data transformation, data mapping, and operational workflows.
- Work with People Analytics data and related architecture—covering data sourcing, ingestion, transformation, and visualization.
