Role Overview Description

About the Company:

Propelld is a new age lending startup focusing in the education market doing an annual INR 700cr disbursal, backed by WestBridge Capital (largest in Financial Services space - backers of Axis, HDFC, CIBIL, AU small finance bank, Sharechat, Mamaearth, etc), looking to grow 20x times in the next 3 years to an eventual IPO. Propelld is set to become one of the largest FinTechs in India over the next 3-4 yrs and hence growth and opportunities will be limitless at this role

Expected deliverables:

• The primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the internal auditor are listed below:
• Engage with leadership and stakeholders to understand the needs and recommend
• Analytics solutions.
• Partner with Data engineering teams to define the data elements and data structure
• that the team should leverage to enable analytical capabilities.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses,
• dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
• Design and implement solutions that provide business teams self serve access to large
• datasets through data visualization tools
• Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve the
• operational and quality metrics.
• Perform proactive diagnostic analysis on various measures and surface meaningful insights
• to the leadership team

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years relevant experience in business analytics
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders ¢ Experience with SQL and Excel ¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
• Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for
• reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Power BI
• Preferred Qualifications ¢ Experience with statistical analysis on R/Python or a similar language
• Having worked on large datasets is a plus ¢ Any experience with financial services(lending, insurance or banking) isgreat but not
• required
