Role & responsibilities

• Policy formulation and alignment based on the business requirement and regulatory framework
• Ensure adherence of compliance and extant regulation at the time of Policy formulation
• Competition benchmarking and review of policies and programs
• Periodic reporting of Portfolio quality on various dimensions to respective stakeholders. Identify and monitor any early warning in Portfolio health and delinquency
• Use data and analytics for portfolio health tracking and systematically improving the Policy and Process
• Conducting Training and query resolution pertaining to Product Policy of line team
• Liaison with internal IT team for coding of policies and program scorecards in BRE and LOS, vetting and testing of BRE/ scorecards
• Reviewing , maintaining and up-keeping of BRE rules, scorecards and STP journeys and other digital intiativesPr
