Business Analytics Analyst

• Assist in developing and analyzing business intelligence reports to support decision-making.
• Conduct data analysis across various domains such as healthcare, finance, or retail.
• Support the creation and maintenance of data models by gathering, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources.
• Assist in developing dashboards and reports using BI tools to present data insights effectively.
• Troubleshoot and support existing BI systems under supervision.
• Collaborate with business teams and technical stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating source data against target outputs.

Qualifications

Required Education

• bachelors degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Required Skills

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or ThoughtSpot (experience is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to define and document requirements effectively.

Required Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience working with SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Some experience or coursework in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.

Desired Experience

• Exposure to Python, Databricks, or AWS for data analysis is beneficial but not required .
