Job Description

Take on a critical role supporting the bank to achieve customer advocacy by eliciting and understanding internal and external technology customer needs. Work within a vibrant, forward-looking team, shaping the future of the business while advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce business requirements to inform future state design and ensure alignment with overall domain strategy.
  • Build, manage, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
  • Support teams in articulating ideas and requirements using formats such as use cases, user journeys, user stories, and illustrations.
  • Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles.
  • Interact with customers, key stakeholders, and team members to obtain and document functional and non-functional needs.
  • Analyse existing system documentation to summarise functionality relevant to ongoing work.
  • Support identification of team priorities based on feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies, with experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Appropriate business analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, CPRE, BAX).
  • Experience in trade finance and supply chain finance domain.
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022 regulatory changes.
  • Experience working on transformation projects and leading platforms for trade.
