Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
  • Define project scope, objectives, and recommend improvements to business processes, systems, and products
  • Conduct detailed process analysis and document As-Is and To-Be workflows with clear inputs, outputs, and role definitions
  • Ensure proper process documentation using standard formats and stakeholder validation
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including scope definition, test scenarios, and test case creation
  • Support stakeholders during UAT execution and incorporate feedback for improvements
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication, reporting, and coordination across teams
