Business Analyst / Domain Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as subject matter expert in crypto assets, blockchain, and tokenization of US securities
• Analyze and define business requirements for tokenized securities, digital assets, and post-trade workflows
• Understand and support position keeping and position calculations, including lifecycle events and reconciliations
• Validate Profit & Loss (P&L) calculations including realized/unrealized gains, valuation adjustments, and reporting impacts
• Drive accuracy of journal and ledger postings for securities and digital asset transactions
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Participate in solution design, target operating model discussions, and control framework development
• Assess accounting, operational, and business impacts of tokenized securities in US markets
• Support process improvement, gap analysis, testing, and implementation activities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational standards, and regulatory considerations
