Business Analyst - Banking/Financial

Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document trustee depository requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather relevant information.

Analysis and Documentation:

• Analyze and document existing trustee depository processes, workflows, and business rules.
• Identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation.

Data Analysis:

• Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights related to trustee depository performance.
• Analyze credit risk, loan portfolio trends, and other relevant financial metrics.

Solution Design:

• Develop detailed business requirements and specifications for trustee depository system enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement technical solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business users, IT teams, and other relevant departments.
• Provide ongoing support and clarification on requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (Non-Software Engineer).
• Experience working with financial institutions.
• Direct business stakeholder management and engagement experience.
• Agile delivery implementation expertise.
• User story writing (preferably using JIRA).
• Business process model creation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to Corporate, Commercial, or Business Banking.
• Experience with Lending or Transaction Banking products.
• Interaction with Front Office and Middle Office functions.
• Data analysis experience.
