• This position entails acting as a domain consultant to spearhead functional solutions, offer client advisory services, and lead digital transformation projects for international banking clients.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and scrutinize requirements, facilitate workshops, and convert business needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
• Support will be provided for both Agile and Non-Agile delivery, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production launches.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are crucial, alongside the capability to contribute to pre-sales and transformation endeavors.

Primary Duties:

• Infosys Domain Consulting Group (DCG) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5 to 15 years of experience in Banking IT, focusing on Retail Consumer Banking and Mortgage sectors.
• The role entails functioning as a domain consultant to facilitate functional solutioning, client advisory, and digital transformation projects for global banking clients.
• The candidate will engage with business stakeholders to gather and assess requirements, conduct workshops, and translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Provide support for Agile and Non-Agile delivery, UAT, and production rollouts.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with the capacity to contribute to pre-sales and transformation initiatives.

Technical Skills:

• As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the consulting team, assisting in defining the problem statement, evaluating solution options, and providing recommendations.
• You will be responsible for eliciting requirements, creating functional specifications, and developing process artifacts such as process flow diagrams.
• Additionally, you will support knowledge transfer aimed at delivering value-added consulting solutions that empower our clients to adapt to the evolving global landscape.

Additional Responsibilities:

• The Business Analyst should take ownership of translating requirements into technical solutions and documenting these in Functional Specification Designs.
• Utilize tools to create process flow diagrams that the technical team can refer to when documenting technical designs.
• Provide application support to business partners, collaborating with both downstream and upstream application managers, operations, business users, technology, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders across program and technical partners to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with project and program managers to review project timelines, assess risks at the program level, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience with both traditional Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Lean methodologies is required.
• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, be a self-starter, and function effectively as a team player.
• Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication abilities are essential for influencing decisions and achieving desired outcomes.
• Provide appropriate documentation for Business as Usual reference across various support levels (L1, L2, and L3).
• Thorough understanding and execution of the support model, with excellent triage and problem-solving capabilities.
