Business Analyst

Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Business Analyst to become a part of our team in India. The successful candidate will have a robust analytical capability and be skilled in collecting and interpreting business requirements to facilitate the success of various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive documentation of business processes and data flows.
• Formulate and uphold project plans that include timelines and key deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish project scope and objectives.
• Perform feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed initiatives.
• Pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and propose viable solutions.
• Assist in the rollout of new systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a similar capacity.
• Proficient in data analysis software such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
• Strong grasp of business process modeling and techniques for requirements gathering.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Capability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
