Business Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive Functional Design Documents and effectively communicate technical details to developers. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and industry-specific knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user technical support while maintaining secure, compliant endpoint environments.
• Support devices, resolve technical issues, and assist with vulnerability remediation and patching.
• Offer Tier 1&ndash2 support for PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/OS issues (Windows/macOS).
• Install, configure, and maintain endpoints.
• Handle incidents & requests via ticketing system.
• Support accounts, VPN, email, collaboration tools.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, reporting & patching.
• Monitor compliance and support antivirus tools.
• Track inventory & support device lifecycle management.
• Perform cybersecurity assessments for applications.
• Identify and escalate high-risk vulnerabilities or security incidents.
• Ensure devices meet corporate security and compliance standards.
• Manage assets & environment.
• Provide on-call services in EAME.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&rsquos degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of IT support experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong Windows knowledge, ERP knowledge.
• Experience with vulnerability scanners.
• Cybersecurity & patch management experience.
• Proficient with ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
