Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze current state processes and identify business requirements.
• Define future state processes and business solutions.
• Elicit, document, and validate requirements; create user stories, acceptance criteria (Definition of Done).
• Collaborate with Product Owners to finalize Product Backlogs.
• Provide support for testing, business readiness, and deployment.
• Work with tools such as JIRA and Confluence for requirement tracking and documentation.
• Query databases (SQL, AWS) to support requirement gathering and validation.
• Apply domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management, including front office processes such as research, ratings, portfolio management, and trading.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
