Job Description
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into clear functional and non-functional documentation.
- Process Evaluation: Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Documentation & Modeling: Prepare detailed requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and diagrams using standard business analysis techniques.
- Business–Technology Bridge: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented.
- Solution Support: Assist in solution design, testing, validation, and implementation to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Reporting & Insights: Create reports, presentations, and data analysis outputs to support informed decision-making.
- Scope & Delivery Oversight: Support project scope management and ensure deliverables meet defined business expectations.
- Change Enablement: Assist with change management activities, including user training and transition support.
