Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in business discussions to understand problem statements and requirements.
• Review and validate Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Document end-to-end process journeys and capture them within the BRD.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain sign-offs for BRD and FSD.
• Prepare and raise FPN for proposed changes or enhancements.
• Communicate business requirements effectively to the software development team or vendor.
• Understand test scenarios and ensure they are covered within the scope of testing.
• Create traceability matrices for BRD and FSD using JIRA and Zephyr.
• Prepare test cases and test plans based on functional specifications, ensuring complete scenario coverage.
• Ensure testing is performed as per defined schedules.
• Document and share training modules with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions for business users on new projects and system changes.
• Perform post-implementation reviews (PIR) after enhancements go live.
