Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

  • Elicit business and user requirements through workshops, customer meetings, workflow storyboards, user stories, and process modeling.
  • Analyze and precisely document business and system requirements.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, future state proposals, UAT plans, use cases, sequence diagrams, and scope matrices.

Project Management & Reporting

  • Maintain logs for meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates.
  • Manage the status of requirements and features throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare monthly reports on project performance, targets achieved, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

  • Develop and maintain effective communication processes to keep stakeholders updated on project results.
  • Identify innovative approaches to understand customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of the project lifecycle and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
