Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT Project Managers, Development teams, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement areas.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies for the agile development team.
• Participate in solution design sessions, providing input on system architecture and functionality.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
