Job Description
- Analyze marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, SEO, paid ads) to assess effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as lead conversion, CAC, CLV, and ROI.
- Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling to support targeted marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals, requirements, and data needs.
- Provide insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaigns.
- Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present complex data clearly.
- Partner with data teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of marketing data.
- Support marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) through data analysis.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2yrs of experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and KPIs.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
