Business Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

• Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, policies, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
• Creating detailed business requirements documents, functional specification documents, user manuals, release notes, etc.
• Mock-ups preparation, process flow charts.
• Working with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Automation, UI).
• Skilled in JIRA, MS-Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience in handling multiple projects.
• Experience in the Fintech domain.
• Helping the team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint (or other period of time).
• Facilitating scrum events (daily stand-ups, other meetings) as needed.
• Capacity planning, user stories estimation, maintaining product and sprint backlogs by working with Product Owner.
• Helping the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members' progress, and protecting the team from distractions.
• Keeping the organization, particularly the project stakeholders, up to date on the progress of the scrum team's projects via metrics, dashboards, etc.
