Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily technical operations and ensure smooth site functioning
- Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance issues for resolution
- Ensure availability of essential materials like electrical, plumbing, and carpentry supplies
- Coordinate with landlord and compliance teams for fire, safety, and statutory regulations
- Manage vendor coordination and ensure timely service delivery
- Track and resolve facility issues through ticketing systems
- Support preparation of weekly and monthly reports on maintenance and operations
- Monitor M&E systems including maintenance contracts and spare parts usage
- Assist in identifying energy-saving and cost optimization opportunities
- Support finance-related tasks including billing, invoicing, and budget adherence
- Handle procurement activities including quotations, indents, and material supply
- Ensure zero stock-out situations for critical materials
- Participate in emergency response, evacuation, and business continuity procedures
- Maintain client and stakeholder communication for service satisfaction
