• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee BSM (Banking Services Manager) activities, including CASA (Current Account Savings Account) management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of retail liabilities management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field.
• Strong understanding of BSM, CASA, Retail Liabilities, and Team Handling skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
