Branch Relationship Head

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach the relationship banking team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide guidance on relationship management techniques and customer service standards.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the performance of relationship banking activities. Take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
