Branch Manager, Equity Broking

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
• Knowledge of Equity Broking Products, Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF and Insurance.
• Develop, forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
• Meet business - targets, goals and metrics
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Provide branch personnel with training, coaching, development, and motivation
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

Experience :

• Minimum 5 Years of experience as an existing Branch Manager Asst Branch Manager Branch Assistant Branch Operations Manager
• Knowledge of modern management techniques, best practices, organizational skills
• Results driven and customer focused
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• BS in Business Administration or related field.
