QuickTurtle is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Branch Manager for our Equity Broking operations. If you possess extensive knowledge across distribution, operations, sales, and modern management techniques, with a strong focus on achieving business targets and fostering team growth, we invite you to lead one of our key branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, demonstrating strong knowledge in distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
• Utilize your expertise in Equity Broking Products, Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), and Insurance to drive business.
• Develop comprehensive forecasts, financial objectives, and strategic business plans for the branch.
• Consistently meet and exceed business targets, goals, and metrics.
• Manage the branch budget effectively and allocate funds appropriately to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Provide branch personnel with continuous training, coaching, development, and motivation, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
• Adhere to the highest ethical standards and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and applicable laws.
• Network strategically to enhance the presence and reputation of both the branch and QuickTurtle within the market.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an existing Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Branch Assistant Branch Operations Manager in the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated knowledge of modern management techniques, best practices, and strong organizational skills.
• A results-driven and customer-focused approach to leadership.
• Proven leadership and human resources management skills.
• A Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration or a related field.
