Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 6–7 years of experience in the vehicle loan or financial services sector preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall branch operations and ensure achievement of business targets.
  • Manage and motivate the branch team to deliver high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Handle loan processing, customer acquisition, and portfolio management for vehicle loans.
