Branch Manager

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 6–7 years of experience in the vehicle loan or financial services sector preferred.

• Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall branch operations and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Manage and motivate the branch team to deliver high performance and excellent customer service.
• Handle loan processing, customer acquisition, and portfolio management for vehicle loans.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and audit requirements.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies for business growth.
