Job Description

• Candidate should be any Graduate/Post Graduate.

• Should have 4 years of experience in Two wheeler finance industry.

• Should be able to generate two wheeler business from dealership.

Core responsibilities:

  • Leadership and staff management: Motivate, train, and develop employees; oversee hiring and performance evaluations. 
  • Operations management: Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning. 
  • Sales and business development: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals, grow the customer base, and increase market share. 
  • Financial management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability. 
  • Customer service: Provide high-quality service, resolve customer issues, and build strong relationships with clients. 
  • Compliance: Ensure the branch adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
