Job Description
About the Role:
- Oversee the overall operations, administration, and performance of the branch
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets
- Supervise and guide branch staff to ensure high productivity and excellent customer service
- Monitor day-to-day branch activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Manage customer relationships and ensure prompt resolution of client issues and queries
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and mentoring to team members
- Coordinate with senior management to align branch goals with organizational objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Ensure smooth execution of financial transactions, audits, and reporting
- Maintain a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and accountability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 4 to 8 years of experience in branch operations, sales management, or team leadership roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver on sales and operational targets
- Good understanding of branch operations, customer service, and business development
