Job Description

About the Role:

  • Oversee the overall operations, administration, and performance of the branch
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Supervise and guide branch staff to ensure high productivity and excellent customer service
  • Monitor day-to-day branch activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure prompt resolution of client issues and queries
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and mentoring to team members
  • Coordinate with senior management to align branch goals with organizational objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Ensure smooth execution of financial transactions, audits, and reporting
  • Maintain a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and accountability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in branch operations, sales management, or team leadership roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver on sales and operational targets
  • Good understanding of branch operations, customer service, and business development
