Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership & Sales Management

  • Lead the branch team to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Drive business across retail banking products including Liabilities (CASA), Retail Assets, Insurance, and Investment products
  • Ensure delivery of a strong customer value proposition and maintain high service standards

Team Management & Development

  • Build, manage, and mentor high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews for staff
  • Foster a positive, performance-oriented work culture

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Ensure superior customer service and manage high-value customer relationships
  • Implement strategies to enhance client engagement and customer retention
  • Address escalated service issues and resolve them efficiently

Branch Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure efficient branch operations and cost-effective resource management
  • Monitor compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
  • Maintain operational risk controls and ensure timely reporting and documentation
