Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Leadership & Sales Management
- Lead the branch team to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Drive business across retail banking products including Liabilities (CASA), Retail Assets, Insurance, and Investment products
- Ensure delivery of a strong customer value proposition and maintain high service standards
Team Management & Development
- Build, manage, and mentor high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews for staff
- Foster a positive, performance-oriented work culture
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Ensure superior customer service and manage high-value customer relationships
- Implement strategies to enhance client engagement and customer retention
- Address escalated service issues and resolve them efficiently
Branch Operations & Compliance
- Ensure efficient branch operations and cost-effective resource management
- Monitor compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Maintain operational risk controls and ensure timely reporting and documentation
